Being treated at an ABOC center does not mean every patient receives the same treatment plan. In fact, the opposite is the point.
The ABOC approach was developed for patients who do not fit into routine implant protocols — people with severe tooth loss, advanced bone deterioration, complex anatomy, or previous implant complications. These are cases where treatment requires more than placing implants. It requires careful diagnosis, surgical and prosthetic planning, and a genuine understanding of how bone and implant materials behave inside the body over time.
For patients, this matters because replacing missing teeth is only part of it. The result needs to be stable, biologically sound, and appropriate for the bone and tissue available.
